Bending is our Business!
We do professional, high quality bending and routing. We bend most vinyl, composite, plastic lumber and cellular PVC material to make radius rails for decks and fences, belly balusters, Curved deck trim, Curved gates, Curved stair rails, Curved steps, Curved railing and stair stringers, spiral stairs, S-curves and scallops. Radiuses are available in one inch increments.
Each order is CUSTOM. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to complete your order, plus shipment time. Some orders may take longer depending on size and the product you're using.

Curved deck stairs made easy!
We are now offering curved laminated exterior wood stair stringers to make "on-the-job" curved stairs The only supports you need are posts at maximum 8' on center to support stringers and rails. The pictures below are of a two-pair stringer set that would take less than 8 hours for a two-man crew to be ready for decking and railing. This is a real eye catcher for a person who wants something different. Bugh Inc. furnishes curved laminated stringers, hangers that are installed for risers, detailed drawings and instructions.
